Unit turnover at both North and South properties were frequent, often back to back to back. A large percentage of units are 2 level with high vaulted ceilings. Wall repair, spray primer and paint took up majority of the turn. Flooring replacement of linoleum and carpeting, electrical and plumbing repair and replace. My duties included tenant relations/services on many levels and working with service vendors. All work was documented and stored digitally and backed by paper files. Responsibilities

Received Faxes remotely at the Coastal area where I reside. These faxes contained my work orders and route for the coming day. One day a week I would drive a company van into Albany to retrieve all needed supplies for the weeks installations.

From there I contacted each customer as the day went on as to keep them informed of my estimated arrival time.

On site I installed all type of TV signals, basic, expanded, foreign/international, High Definition, and Internets signal. Each type had an appropriate Dish and set top box. Some cases the wiring was already in place, others I was required to run the entire system from dish to wiring to switch to wall ext.-int. and then to the set top box and to the TV. From there started the download and signal retrieving process. Once that was done and all the signals were strong and holding as per my aim toward the satellite.
