Duties and responsibilities:

Recording patient’s medical information and vital signs.

Monitoring, recording and reporting symptoms and changes in patients’ condition.

Maintaining accurate, detailed reports and records.

Modifying patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions

Consulting and coordinating with health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate
