Front Desk Agent

I work at Sonesta ES Suites as a front desk agent! I do reservations online and from phone calls, check in & out for customers. Answer phone calls, listen to the customers answer their questions and give them the best we have ! Help them with their problems, take notes, write their Problem contact with the manager.
