Analyze and manage Benefit programs, enrollments, and billing for the company. Research the costs of maintaining benefits and complete benefit selection. Maintain ACA compliance. Organize and lead company wide open enrollment and financial wellness meetings. Organize personal wellness activities. Verify 401k deposits and maintain compliance with ERISA laws. Complete annual compliance reports including 401(k) audit.
Calculate various payroll types, commissions, and bonuses. Complete payroll including journal entries. Understands minimum wage laws, confidentiality policies, employee notification requirements, and other regulatory policies. Reconcile the bank and payroll accounts. File payroll taxes and 5500’s.
