Write all Safety Net IEPs, BIPs, ERPs and ESY Addendums for all students enrolled in the school in addition to teaching full time. I used a system of checks and balances to ensure all of the BIPs, ERPs, ESYs and IEPs have been written to the letter of the law in partnership with local school districts. I collaborated with teachers, para educators, BCBAs, mental health therapist and districts to design and implement plans.
In the fall of 2022, I had a half time teaching position and wrote IEP plans and led staff through the process of writing safety net IEPs from beginning to end. I scheduled and ran every IEP meeting and worked with teachers to implement IEPs.
