• Im in charge of employee reviews, and coach them in any area's that are needed. I'm in charge of making sure care staff are doing their job efficiently according to residents care plan.
• Given my responsibility to not only manage a team of 20+ in a busy, environment, but also be primarily responsible for coordinating all office functions, I am accustomed to performing important tasks in a high- pressure environment. I am Great at problem solving.
