I worked in many rooms but the main one I was hired for was the two-year-old room. I took care of twelve two-year-old’s daily. We had a schedule just like being in school. We worked on shapes, colors, ABC’s etc. I also was a fill in for the kitchen. If someone was out, I would fill in and help where needed. I was not really looking to leave this job. I started out as a dispatcher for J&B services. They were bought out by Milan and then to Ascend Transportation. When Ascend took them over, I was moved to Customer Service Rep. The company had never had one before. I trained in Jackson TN for a couple weeks and had someone come to Tupelo MS to help me also. I was responsible for putting all the orders and appointments into the computer for the drivers. This job was being talked about a lot. They wanted to move it to Jackson Tn to head quarters but that was to far for me to drive.

Mr. Jason the owner had me come in as a dispatcher and make all the schedules at first. We started out with four guys, one part guy and one install crew. Quickly growing company changed a lot. I made schedules for each guy and the crews daily. Mr. Jason asked me to start helping with other duties in the office and then I started as the dispatcher and office assistant. I worked many hours and absolutely loved working for him. Ashley furniture called when I needed them to the most. The money was a big factor on why I left. We had just bought a new home and needed the money.
