I occasionally worked remotely and in that position for over 10 years. My job consisted of reviewing loan documentation to verify it meets specific program guidelines, for conforming and non-conforming loans, and Heloc loans for accuracy and to also request any additional items needed to result in loan obtaining final loan approval. I also would review any updates to strengthen my knowledge of guideline revisions and changes.
Prior to that position I was a Processor III, where that role consisted of working with new applications to ensure all required documentation, both credit documentas and appraisals were in file prior to submitting to Underwriting. Also maintained consistent communication with borrower and loan officers and management to ensure deadlines to close were met. In addition, striving to keep all customers happy while doing so. I was with EverBank for over 15 years.

Prior to being a pricing coordinator, my job included processing large volume of files, making initial introduction calls to customers, which I enjoyed as I am a people person.While also Keeping them informed in addition to obtaining necessary information to obtain approval of their mortgage loans and get them closed to meet their expectations. I also thoroughly reviewed these loans to assure they were within guidelines. Made analytical review of appraisal and credit report and made Underwriting decision in a proficient manner. If loan was not within guidelines, it was reviewed with other Underwriter as well and an approval or decline was issued.
During employment with the companies reflected above, I also received several Employee of the Month Awards and Certifications from Mortgage Bankers Association.
