Health Center Partners of Southern California, San Diego, CA 7/2016 - 10/2022 Human Resources & Operations Manager

As an HR department of one, I oversaw the recruitment and onboarding process nationwide, as well as employee relations, staff counseling, and career coaching. Managed the annual renewal of Property & Casualty and Employee Benefits insurances. Managed the facilities and operational functions for the company, including alarm code assignments and building access restrictions. Worked with the landlord to maintain the Tenant Improvements budget and oversaw the TI projects onsite. Managed the front desk and facilities staff.

• Recruited and onboarded over 70 staff during Covid, effectively doubling our overall headcount. Recruited both locally and nationally and effectively utilized Zoom and Teams to ensure a seamless recruiting and onboarding process.

• Orchestrated and oversaw transition to a fully remote organization due to Covid, including facilitation of remote IT and home office furniture needs. I implemented paperless new hire orientation paperwork via DocuSign and employee benefits enrollment/changes with EASE benefits portal. Implemented a virtual Ergonomic safety program and office supply ordering.

• Liaised with the Accounting Department on budgeting and invoicing for all HR functions.

• Worked with the National Conflict & Resolution Center to implement a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion program for Staff.

• Worked with insurance and legal counsel during a Cyber threat.
