Used Workday to create position requisitions, post requisitions, track candidate applications, and move candidates through the recruitment process to hire or disposition.

Worked directly with hiring managers to create fillable requisitions and made recommendations on salary and benefits packages based on the Total Rewards guidelines to win acceptance from highly skilled and in-demand candidates.

Used LinkedIn Recruiter and HireScore to source outside candidates that had not directly applied to Boeing.

Attended monthly Global Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (GEDI) workshops.

Reviewed all requisitions in Textio to make sure the content of requisitions met all inclusion and diversity verbiage goals and to help facilitate inclusive hiring.

Consulted with military veterans and explained transition options open to them such as the DOD SkillBridge program.
