This was done by Encapsulate Post Script (EPS) scan system to track HCNs for start and end times of the hours the HCNs worked which saved hundreds of thousands of dollars

• Closely worked with CIST teams, HUMINT, and various other U.S. Government entities and factions on Bagram coordinating (Criminal Investigation) C.I. interviews/screens of the HCN employees for intelligence gathering and also as a requirement of the Bagram Base Access Policy.

• Completed 103 forms required of the FPSC and Bagram Base Access Policy of over 2,500 HCNs to include Letters Of Justification (yellow badges) for HCNs for at minimum 500 HCNs for special privileges i.e. cell phone, driving on Bagram Airfield

• Assisted with local recruitment via creating job postings and scheduling interviews with the local national Afghan population and Third Country Nationals (Indians & Filipino). Coordinated and scheduled new hire orientation/onboarding with Afghan and Third Country National population

• Led and administered disciplinary and corrective actions for over 3,000 HCNs and 38 OCNs country wide. Liaison between Expat Supervisors, OCNs/HCNs and Military on APS SOPs and Bagram’s base access policy.

• Carried out monthly and sometimes bi-weekly transport of 1 million dollars in U.S. currency as a courier from Dubai to Afghanistan to be converted to Afghan currency to pay HCNs generated from the EPS scans.
