●Lead all design work for all Kinship creative web design programs and worked closely with the lead creative director on brand & Illustration projects.

●Develop custom Webflow projects, custom Shopify e-commerce themes, custom Wordpress sites, and framer sites.

Senior Product Designer @ Photofolio - April 2016 - Oct 2022

●Led the design team for the Photofolio portfolio app working with the engineering team on developing and shipping new features.

●designed specific features to drive new customer acquisition that directly increased monthly growth by 20% 6 quarters in a row.

●Designed and prototyped native iOS ipad portfolio app. Downloaded and used by over 50% of our customer base.

●Designed and prototyped PDF portfolio builder

●Designed internal design system, called "Lens" in Figma to match the engineering component system our lead developer created in storybook.

●designed experiments aimed at increasing feature conversion, lowering time on task, and reducing churn throughout the product experience.

●Developed interactive prototypes for new features for front-end templating and back-end systems.
