With over 600 franchisees, Kona Ice is present in 3 countries and 48 states, and the organization has given $60 million back to neighborhood schools, organizations, and teams since its inception in 2007. Oversee the marketing function, including a 15+ person team, the brand strategy through a variety of digital channels and field marketing including customer touch points and brand consistency throughout the franchised organization.

Oversaw all regional field marketing functions including marketing, media, public relations, digital, social media, and brand communications for all corporate and franchise regions, covering nearly 3400 stores and representing $2.74 Billion in sales.

• Customized advertising and promotion plans inclusive of local trends and events in order to leverage opportunities within 80 markets and maximize the $75MM advertising budget.

• Devised digital strategy with a focus on enhancing the customer experience which encompassed the creation of an online ordering platform, growing online sales from 45% to 60%.

• Formulated sports marketing framework and strategic plan to execute with 19 local agencies in order to maximize and implement local partnerships that align with national strategy.
