Increased revenue by 500 million to 1.7B over the past 5 years through YOY compounded growth of 5%. Executed through increase time to market on new and expansion dialysis clinics, expansion markets, and increase growth from existing clients.
Recognized as Presidents Club winner for 2014, 2016, 2017, 2019, through execution of market expansions, increase hospital business, acquiring/merging new clinics, building over 80 expansion and denovo clinics, cultivating new markets and expanding existing markets through strategic partnerships.
Saved over 12 million in annual losses in hospital contracts through reorganizing, consolidating, and renegotiating existing contracts.
Saved 8 million in Vascular access centers, by prioritizing specified clinics and changing policy and procedures on the billing to convert from an extension of practice to ambulatory surgery center.
