Employment History

Being a shift lead means timing the shift appropriately so all employees get equal opportunities, breaks, and work time. Computer work for a shift lead is very important, if allowed by manager we can make schedules on Microsoft Office. We are expected to check in every shift start and finish both on computer and IPad in order to alert corporate we are maintaining the store. We are expected to keep our times in check, this requires customers getting in and out of both drive-thru and front counter at an orderly and respectful pace. It is a fast paced environment that allowed me to meet different people every day. 07/2017 - 05/2018 Shift Lead Dunkin’

I moved up fairly quickly in this restaurant, I was favored by all regular guests and had many new ones return because of me. Starting as a hostess, I was quickly after 2 days given a table, then a party. The birthday party guests loved me, and gave me a huge tip. I was moved to only doing party’s and large menu requests, due to being able to handle the fast paced environment from dunkin experience. This job taught me more about fancy dining, plating, napkin folding techniques, and ways to decorate events. 07/2018 - 03/2019 Hostess/waitress/bartender ENN Japanese Restaurant And Sushi

Bar

Education History

I had a rough time in High School, especially the first two years. I failed my Freshman year, and had to take extensive curricular classes to catch up with my class. I also was chosen as the head of yearbook committee from my English teacher who ran it my Junior year, while also taking high honors Portuguese. I am great with Microsoft and other programs and technologies, and am able to do math very well. I caught up with my class by taking online courses, high honors which gave me extra credit, and having perseverance. My home life was not ideal or helpful, having a mom who did not finish high school and having no father left me to do it alone and choose whether or not I would fail. Choosing school and to graduate was the best thing I ever did, and going back to school is something I’d really like to do. 06/2017 Cumberland High School Psychology, Diploma Volunteer & Club
