-Monitor and plan for PD lines (casting, finishing and packaging) relevant to load and manpower then make sure it is within its capacity.

-Monitor samples completion and make sure its adherence to shipment date, hand in hand with Project Specialists, Account Management, Purchasing and US Team

-Check dashboard if religiously updated by PD Admin Assistant and make sure that all specs (product, packaging, box lay-out, finishing & casting system sheet, casting/molding instruction, were released on a timely manner.

-Take charge on Administrative side of the Department (Employees evaluation and other PD personal concerns and requests for PD Lines and other Admin Personnel)

-Review and make sure of documents accuracy (product specs, packaging specs, box layout, in house product and ISTA test reports, PPR, buyer's specs (Lowes), IR (THD), Order commitment form, product costing sheets)

-Responsible in coming up with a semi-annual forecasted budget for the Department and make sure expenses is within the budget.

-Coordinate with other Departments and make sure that all requests were attended to by responsible PD personnel

-Make sure that all inflow and outflow of the Department is in accordance with the process flow

Position: PD ASSISTANT MANAGER (Jul. 30, 2018 to Nov. 4, 2020)

-Update samples monitoring and check with Product Specialists on samples status, coordinate with Purchasing and AM for any delays.

-Update Dashboard and make sure that all specs (product, packaging, box lay-out, finishing & casting system sheet, casting/molding instruction, were released on a timely manner.

-Monitor, follow up and provide updates to buyers regarding the status of samples and make sure to hit target shipment date.

-Facilitate in releasing a request for inspection to buyer’s QA for completed samples.

-Prepares Proforma Invoice and update internal documents relevant to buyer’s orders.
