My job was called back stand. Had to read orders each shift to see what paper we where running go find paper use clamp truck and fork truck lay down paper issue them then open them up put cardboard in bailor then use over head crane to put roll in machine the machine holds up to 44 shafts most of time was 24 to 35 count sheets going threw machine so had to watch them run out stager them so they didn't run out at same time them feed spare as right before one roll ran out. Lot of math between figuring out how much paper u needed. I also worked in a machine sheet metal shop for 4 years doing spot welding and running the punch press and press break . I left mbw paper company back in june of 2020 i started my own repair business for side work in my garage i work in four wheelers,dirt bikes,car,truck, small engines ect. Im willing to learn new tasks
