Twenty-seven years’ experience as Quality Control Chemist testing fatty acids, regulated and non-regulated products, raw materials, stearic acids, glycerin, and rubber grade material. I run wet analysis, operate GCs, HPLC, FTIR, AA, pH meter, Spectrometer, KF, and more. I’m responsible for calibrating and performing monthly preventive maintenance for the upkeep on all the laboratory equipment. I am responsible for the initial training of all newly hired personnel. Strictly enforces SOPs, cGMP, FDA ISO audits regulatory guidelines. Write and audit SOP’s for the control of standard operating practices. Maintain sample laboratory records which includes laboratory equipment and supplies in conjunction with cleaning and maintaining quality assurance records. I maintain a safe work environment by following established health and safety or chemical hygiene and PPE requirements.
