Product Manager - GoFundMe, Remote September 2020 - October 2022 Built out and led a team responsible for serving both campaign organizers and donors for GoFundMe’s web experience. The company is a leading online fundraising platform that helps users raise over $4 billion each year.
● Improved homepage click-through rates by up to 15% through a complete redesign and iterative A/B testing
● Redesigned customer-facing search experience which significantly increased donation conversion and installed improved discovery features that boosted click through rates by up to 8x
● Oversaw migration of multiple product surfaces off of legacy tech stack, resulting in heightened engineer satisfaction and improved development efficiency by scaling down to one weekly release instead of two
● Co-led first collaborative project between GoFundMe and recent acquisition Classy which utilized machine learning to successfully funnel customers from one platform to the other and establish key baseline metrics
