• Reviews and imports employee timecard information into the payroll system (Lawson, ADP, Empeon & People Net).

• Researches and resolves questions from managers and employees as they relate to the processing of payroll information such as banking, garnishments, employment verification's, workers compensation and other changes.

• Communicates with Corporate Payroll to ensure the integrity of the payroll data including data related to new hires, terminations, transfers, and rate changes.

• Reconciles attendance daily with employee timesheets against schedule and time in/time out reporting.

• Assists department heads with staffing/recruitment needs to include hosting/attending job fairs, conducting interviews, offer letters.

• Conducts employee background checks, OIG verification's, license/certification verification's, reference checks and completing employment verifications.
