Worked with end-users, marketing, sales consultants, and internal contract/sales team members in the design and development of injected molded, and extruded plastic parts for a wide-range of OEM, and proprietary applications used in the market today.

Designed and developed plastic parts from conception, to quotation, to delivery utilizing a wide range of design software including: SolidWorks 2013, SolidWorks Plastics, and UPrint 3D printer

Managed vendor selection for non-production parts by reviewing customer specification and researching vendors based on the customers requirements obtaining quotations and review process requirements

Provided project management for new and existing customers by maintaining an APQP planner, BOM creation and modifications, control plan documentation, coordinating communication with customers on lead times and key issues, and maintained scheduling between customer requirements and production scheduling

Designed a new plastic medicine cabinet for RSI (the major U.S. cabinet manufacturer sold in Lowes, Home Depot and other major volume home improvement retailers) with an innovative hinge that was interchangeable and greatly reduced production time and cost

Developed innovative plastic bins and trays used for business applications for Custom Accent; developed interlocking components for slot walls for On Center
