Resume:

January, ****

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing in application for the Paraprofessional/Behavioral Specialist position that is available with your organization. I have attached a copy of my resume for your review.

I have worked the past few years as a paraprofessional/special need’s teacher’s assistant, providing educational and social direction and care to students with behavioral health needs. In this role, it is important that I have good observation, attentive, and listening skills, to identify the children’s verbal and non-verbal wants and needs. This work is rewarding for me. At the Rhawnhurst Norc Jewish Federation, I communicated with senior citizens who were in a crisis, to locate various home maintenance, billing, utility, and financial services that would help them.

My Associates Degree is in Behavioral Health and Human Services, with a Certificate in Human Services and Gerontology, received in 2017 from Community College of Philadelphia.

You will find that I am a compassionate and empathic diligent worker, ensuring special needs children receive the proper attention and care required to help them succeed in school. I also have a friendly personality, able to adjust to various type work environments. I also work well with others in situations where team effort is warranted.

I am interested in learning more about this position and how my skills and experience can help fulfill your company’s goals. I may be reached at 267-***-**** or by email at adulmb@r.postjobfree.com.

Thank you for your consideration. I look forward to hearing from you soon.

Very truly yours,

Caprice Crawford
