I am a single and recently disabled mother of 2 who finally found her way back to her family and the place that built me.
I spent 16 years exploring what the big city of Chicago had to offer me as a Chef and soaked in as much knowledge about the hospitality and restaurant industry as I possibly could. Unfortunately I have developed peripheral neuropathy, a disability that has made my chosen career as a chef no longer possible for me.
I have since returned home and I am now in need of a position that will allow me to work remotely from home in order to accommodate my disability, but will also allow me to spend more time with my little girl.
