Keeping track of all In-coming and out-going documents.

Scan correspondence, drawings, submittals and keep hardcopies in proper filing system and also saving in electronic copies.

Preparation of Document Submittals, Material Submittals.

Maintaining LOGS/Register: (In-coming and Outgoing Correspondence Register, Drawings Register, Material Submittals Register, Material Procurement and Delivery Tracker).

Plan, supervise and record document flow to and from all necessary parties, including clients, sub-contractors and the project offices. Issue and track location of all documents and drawings. Issue transmittal letters and receipts concerning the documents in circulation.

Handling transport for day to day office activities.

Coordinate storage and archiving of project and organizational records.

Focal point for document control of a major study with other document controllers being based in other offices.

Quality Assurance – Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system relevant to the BU, etc

Safety – Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the BU, etc. Understand and follow OH&S procedures.

Updated on daily basis all documents registers in excel format.

Updated all weekly reports.

Assisting Partners with travel arrangements and visas process (if required).

Handling petty cash for daily purchase.

Controlling Stationery items and keeping update day stock list.
