Advise GAP senior staff on policy and operational issues; provide technical assistance and guidance to GAP field programs; provide administrative assistance to Global AIDS Program (GAP) field offices and President's Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) partner organizations to assess program success; interpret and disseminate Health and Human Services (HHS), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and), Office of the U.S. Global AIDS Coordinator (OGAC), policies. Drafted and managed all contracts with project subcontractors and vendors. Developed and monitored project budgets, tracking systems and assessed financial obligations. Assisted in the production of policy and program materials, such as the GAP website, policy and issue briefs, HQ Staffing justifications, and GAP presentations.
