SERVICE TECHNICIAN VIXXO CORPORATION 06/24/2019 – PRESENT

Responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance throughout the western suburbs and city of Chicago. Repaired damaged espresso, brewing, and grinding equipment while conversing and interacting with Starbucks Partners to ensure all issues were addressed and resolved at each site. Performed monthly walkthroughs at the downtown Roastery location for equipment checks and delivery of liquid nitrogen. Tracked inventory on company issued vehicle for seven product lines with over 3000 parts, performing daily cycle counts.
