Responsibilities Include:

New Hire Orientation which includes individualized employee packets i.e., Fresenius ID badge, Information Sheets and parking forms and placards.

Regular updates of Employee Phone Directory.

Activate and deactivate ID badges, new hires, lost ID Badges, terminated employees, and vendors.

Coordinate and perform administrative support for all departments and staff.

Maintaining, restocking, and ordering, Staples office supplies, Canteen Coffee supplies for 10 Coffee Bars.
