INTRODUCTION

Over the past 30 years, working as a contractor and consultant has provided extensive knowledge of construction practices and local building codes. This knowledge translates into providing extremely accurate and fair estimates for insurance companies that assign commercial and residential property damages claims. In addition to estimating structural and non-structural property damage, assignments have also encompassed the inspection and estimating seaside properties with water bulkheads and docks.

INDEPENDENT ADJUSTER & CLAIM EXAMINER 2017 - 2018

Seibels, Columbia South Carolina _ Hurricane Irma – Claim Examiner for St. John’s Insurance, at Seibels offices in Columbia, SC. Duties included process and issuing payment checks to the insured, reviewing independent adjuster reports and estimates, negotiating costs with local Florida contractors and speaking directly with the insured. Worked exclusively with Seibels PA Team, which handled large volume loss claims and negotiating estimates and claims directly with Public Adjusters and Attorneys. Catastrophic wind and flood claim reviewer /examiner and adviser for Southwest Adjuster LLC, 2017 - Present America Reliable Insurance Company, United Insurance Holding Corp., and Voyager Insurance Company. 2013, worked with New York Rising, using Xactimate to estimate property losses and sketching out floor plans of damaged properties.
