Developed “Vietti Artisan” brand from concept to market: A line of innovative and high-quality canned chili to bring interest and faith back to the canned meat category. Vietti Artisan was the companies first item and brand to achieve national distribution, available in over 20,000 stores within the first year.

Developed “Butchers Cut” brand from concept to market: A line of innovative and high quality canned baked beans to provide additional value and variety to the bean category. Vietti Butchers Cut Baked Beans was the second national retail item for the company.

Developed 32 propriety formulations for various markets.

Developed a meat forming process and respective formulations to overcome competition for the AMS 704 Supplement program resulting in $1M+ in additional annual profits based on program participation.

Consulted the director of USDA - AMS Division and FSIS members on processing standards and acceptable ranges of tolerance for the AMS 704 Supplement program.

Sourced multiple ingredients for supply chain sustainability and cost reduction. Estimated savings of ~$200K+ per year based on per SKU volume.
