I was joined as Headwaiter in 2014 in P&O Cruises Mv Arcadia. My Responsibility was buffet Headwaiter in belvedere, to make sure the entire buffet will be opening in time and manning off the buffet will be accurate to handle it. After 3 month I was asked to transit to Aurora in medina restaurant as diet Headwaiter for freedom dining which was handle very well. Next contract I am looking after Crew Mess which’s challenging job for me. But all my hard work and dedication with the help of my Senior Restaurant Manager & Restaurant Manager, I am doing excellent and appreciated by F&B Service Manager. N still counties with my hard work
