Resume:

I thank you in advance for your time in considering me to fill the position available with your company. I find myself seeking full time employment now and I would like to be considered for this position with your company to assure permanent employment.

My most recent employment at Conduent started as a Customer Experience Associate I and ended as a Transaction Processing Associate I. As a Customer Experience Associate with the state project department, I answered incoming calls from customers with general inquiries regarding accounts conversing in a courteous and professional manner. After a year I transferred to the Anthem project to work as a Transaction Processing Associate doing data entry for medical and dental insurance claims.

At Maximus I was hired as an Eligibility Specialist through LK Jordan and Associates hiring agency. Answered calls to 211 Texas regarding programs provided by Texas Health and Human Services Commission. Verified the identity of the caller to assure information could be provided about a case then provided information concerning program eligibility.

Enrolled at Palo Alto College while working for TAS United, I graduated with two Associates of Arts one in Criminal Justice and the other in Liberal Arts. Working at TAS United as a telephone operator I acquired many skills. I improved my customer service skills, telephone etiquette, typing skills and much more. I gained knowledge in dealing with a variety people in different situations. Enjoyed working for TAS United but unfortunately was unable to continue working at that time.

At Pecan Grill I gained experience in dealing with customers daily. I learned about hostess, cashiering, bussing tables and taking orders over the phone. This employment expanded my customer service skills.

During my time of unemployment and not attending school in the past. I was caring for my ill father and my four daughters. I learned a lot while unemployed and caring for my father. It was a difficult experience, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything. While I wasn’t paid for caring for my father I still considered myself his provider. I cooked, cleaned, and washed for him. Scheduled and drove him to his appointments. I also made sure his medications were filled and taken daily.

I appreciate your time in reviewing my resume and hope my education and experiences are suitable for your expectations.

Sincerely,

Angelica Maria Espinoza
