•*Trained* - Delivered training/information to New Hires; 5 associates per training session for a period of five hours. Communicated and demonstrated the warehouse standard work in different areas, then put them to practice.

•*Coached* - Always committed to see other succeed and looking out for their safety. Constantly correcting associates who misuse of carts, pallets, or pallet jackets on a daily to ensure safety and avoid any injuries.
