USS Carl Vinson 2021 – Present

Department Leading Chief

Led a staff of 747 personnel spread across 42 work centers and monitored oversight of maintenance repair of 7 P-3C aircraft. ●Aviation launch and recovery quality assurance leading officer, directly supervising over 60 collateral duty inspectors. Provided program management planning that contributed to the completion of 6,000 maintenance actions and 250 flight deck drills
