JOB PROFILE:

Directly reporting to Manager-Engineering.

Projecting in the MMR.

Taking of snag list post project team completed the work & get it rectified as per the standards.

Operational and Maintenance of fire system and all type of fire extinguishers.

To ensure that various service agencies such as fire, lift, DG sets, Security, Housekeeping etc.

Conduct monthly meetings, reviews and trainings for third party vendors.

Conduct internal Audits and per M&E Teams.

Keeping track on Vendors AMC activates.

Draw out preventive maintenance schedules, Check lists for various equipment and maintaining records for the same.

Lead, Guide and Motivate Team of Technicians and Operators to achieve the targets as per schedule.

WORK PROFILE:

Handling operation and maintenance of 2000KVA 3no’s D.G. sets, all electrical equipment’s like 11KV HT/LT panels, 2000 KVA 3no,s Transformers, Circuit breakers, Switch gears, PLC panels, Chiller plants controlled by BMS system using Tracer summit configuration, AHU,FCU,VAV,VFD etc.

Handling the cleaning team and arrange the materials, routine cleaning, PPM, Deep cleaning, car parking cleaning.

Handling operation, Maintenance and trouble shooting of safety firefighting systems, Life safety systems, Power distributions, lighting, Motors, Pumps, motor starters, 12 Elevators and its control circuits.

Operational and maintenance of fire system and all type of fire extinguishers.

Handling operation of sewage treatment plant and water treatment plants.

Operational and maintenance BMS with CCTV, PA system FA system, DVR system, Access control system, and WLD systems.

Work involved:

PPM schedule preparations & Monitoring.

Huddle & Conference room Booking arrangements.

Building Inspections on Daily basics.

Monitoring the Housekeeping works.

Preparing job completion certificates.

Forwarding Invoices for payments.

Ensuring safety at work place.

Checking all daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports.

Preparing shift schedule.
