Guided Technical Services staff for the establishment of ImageNow as a pharmacy resource to convert the

pharmacy order process from a fax system to an imaging solution. This saved over 450,000 sheets of paper annually to support green initiatives and allows decentralized pharmacist workflow to patient care areas.

Worked with Marketing department for communications to nursing and unit secretaries about new procedures.

Recorded and published two interactive training modules for pharmacy staff using Adobe Captivate 4.0.
