Duties include preparing technical and quality specifications for critical service contractors to ExxonMobil, performing and coordinating quality surveillance activities including third party inspection, assessments, KPI meetings, SQR’s NCR investigations and related drilling specific rig inspections and Continuous Improvement efforts. Over span of two year, Lead for Drill Team Quality Plan and System Implementation within the engineering team. Developed internal quality policies, procedures, audit protocol and training packages to a engineering team comprising of 120+ engineers and technicians Responsible for all quality assurance and quality control coordination activities for US onshore and offshore drilling and (completions averaging 14 rigs). Also assist in coordinating worldwide quality efforts on specifications development and executing assessments worldwide for the drilling organization
