*Perform a diverse range of “hands-on” management and administrative accountabilities to include, but not limited to: planning, prioritizing, coordinating, and directing all aspects of Engineering and Projects departments including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, exterior and building engineers, graphics, grounds, and CMMS systems of facilities. All work conducted with oversight of employee’s within high-volume, fast-paced, demanding and rapidly changing environments; training personnel, supervising, coordinating and directing the entire workflow ensuring scheduled assignments are completed both safely and timely; resulting in highly efficient and smooth flowing operations.

*Schedule and assign workloads and evaluate overall performance and productivity; investigate personnel difficulties while implementing viable solutions. Establish performance requirements and set targets for personal development, conduct employee evaluations, troubleshoot conflicts, and implement disciplinary procedures. *Assist in preparation of specifications for projects, and project development from pre-bid process through completion. Serve as liaison between engineering, consultants, contractors, and construction staff resolving difficulties with conflicting specifications and/or deadlines

* Manage Energy Conservation projects; utilize CMMS and Preventative Maintenance software for assigning work, recording events, preparing reports on labor, equipment, and material usage in completion of routine assignments and scheduled projects.
