Responsibilities: Assembled all components of the rear axle and steering linkage. Worked as repair and environmental relief person; gear finisher; inspector; machine operator; drive pattern tester and Materials fork truck driver, badge #1086. Was one of the first female job setters in the side gear department. QS/ISO 9000 Audit Coordinator. Coordinated audits in all areas of the facility for conforming and non-conforming compliance, using hourly and salary employees as internal auditors. Supervised and trained auditors and interns. Assisted in the set up and operated the Audit Database Management System. Printed departmental status Conformance and Non-conformance Reports for Plant Manager’s weekly meetings. Facilitated informational meeting for all employees during AAM’s restructuring period. Transferred to GM Powertrain.

Responsibilities: As PR Assistant, performed secretarial and receptionist duties for PR Director, Assistant Director and Foundation Director. Prepared employee newsletter.
