On the white glove team we took a file from point of order, to clearing title through to the funding. We received the closing package in various forms whether it be through the lenders platform, or other closing platforms. We provided superior customer service as the team was designed for the customer. We serviced 48 states and closed with Hybrid, Ron and traditional notary signings. We coordinated with the lenders to schedule the signings and prepared the closing documents for the appointment. Once signed and all conditions were clear for funding, the

file was then turned over to the warehousing team.

I prepared deeds, powers of attorney and affidavits for upcoming closings.

I worked for Lathrup Mortgage Corporation and Wellington Mortgage Company. The responsibilities included input and preparation of the loan closing documents, along with shipment to the title company for the closing. Once the loan closed, I balanced the file and shipped them to the investor for the purchase. I assisted in clearing conditions to receive the clear to close from the investor and scheduled the loan closing with the title company. This included ordering the funding of the loan whether it was in house or through an investor.

From January of 1997 to November of 1997 I was also a part-time notary closer for an escrow company in California at night and on weekends. March 1987 - April 1996
