RESPONSIBILITIES AS MECHANICAL ENGINEER (MAINTENANCE ENGINEER)

Design equipment to extract oil and gas in the most profitable way.

In understanding and applying technical jargon on heavy equipment machines.

Advance knowledge and use of gearbox, screw and technical equipment.

Make sure that wells, well testing, and well surveys are completed and evaluated.

Make sure that oil field equipment is installed operated, and maintained properly.

Laying and repairing pipes and mains systems.

Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipments.

I have to work on improving the performance of the machine.

I have to ensure any parts that need replacing are available in stock.

Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.

I have to plan the servicing work in advance so the output of the factory is not affected by the service work.

Strong troubleshooting and problem solving abilities. I will manage 8 technicians with completed mini project.

Monitor the daily activities on-site and evaluate workers performance to insure that the progress of works is in line with the schedule.

I have to inspect all the machines and make report for the management that whether or not new machines are required.

Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, reaction arm, hydraulic power pack or other fasteners using hand and power tools.
