SAFE STEP WALK-IN TUB CO, Nashville, TN 2011 - Present A national retailer/installer of walk-in tubs and showers with coverage throughout the United States and Canada. Senior Project Manager (Integration/Acquisitions) 2022 - Present Working as lead change management agent and liaison, manage various projects related to process improvement/implementation and integration with internal acquisitions. Work directly with human resources and executive leadership team to strategize, plan and communicate new initiatives, as well as guide the same to completion. Oversee vetting/onboarding of new hires and contract agreements for 1099 contractors. Continued oversight of weekly payroll process for all corporate paid direct sellers and installers. Director of Human Resources and Operations 2011 - 2022 Managed and facilitated all local Human Resources and accounts receivable activity for corporate employees,1099 contractors and dealers. Oversaw weekly payroll processing and insured all Federal and State laws complied with. Managed a team of 35 professional operations/admin employees to include 5 management level associates. Forecasted/ tracked monthly installation goals to ensure budget expectations were exceeded.
