I am was a sales associates at Guess. I help customers with their needs and questions. If what they were looking for is not available, I find the best option to make sure they can still get something they will be happy with. Legal Assistant-

I am currently working in the law firm Ruffin Alvarez Law office. In this job I receive a high volume of calls while contacting clients in auto accidents. I speak with clients, make sure they are okay and proceed to get information about the accident and that insurances may ask us later. Then I proceed to open those client’s cases and report claims to all the insurances involved. I use different softwares to solve issues in all different kinds of cases and also operate a printer/scanner. I stay on top of emails and answering client’s questions through out the day along with the cases and insurances. I help relieve their worries and answer any doubts they might have and if not find a coworker who could help give them a better understanding that I may not fully know because it is in another department
