Responsible for planning, managing, monitoring, supervising and providing assistance in the provisioning, operation, and functions of a food service facility (cafeteria) with a staff serving up to 700 breakfast and lunch meals, with additional ala carte sales. I was also in the supervisory position for many special event, including Prom, Career Day and College Day. Our Senior Banquet was also a high level event, with many accolades.
