• Instituting an Inwarding system in stores, verification of the condition of the consignment for Transport damages if any, and reporting transport damages of consignments covered under insurance, Weighing procedures, inward and inspection system.

• Segregation of Rejected / under deviation clause materials and system for returning rejected reworked materials to the vendor.

• MSDS to institute proper systems to Handle materials and Hazards in handling, Protecting materials from Environmental hazards line Fire, Atmospheric / Climatic changes, Chemical changes, etc.

• Inventory Management and inventory control techniques like ABC analysis, inventory turnover ratio, Non-Moving analysis, Receipt Vs. Issue ratio analysis, Rate of Material consumption, stock out analysis and ability to reach the team, report generation, analysis, and methods to control inventory levels.

• Sound skills in guiding and coordinating the store team members regarding materials issues against MRQs, or MWS, accounting for the issues, and monitoring material stock.
