Re: Human Resource Generalist
Dear Human Resource Representative,
Please consider this note of introduction to my resume as an expression of my interest in your recent job posting for Human Resource Generalist on Zip Recruiter. I have spent considerable time in the Human Resource arena and have gained in depth experience in all areas of Human Resources and Operations, including, employee relations, compensation, recruiting and relocating, performance management, affirmative action and open-door investigations during my career.
I am noted for being an effective communicator and an excellent team player. I frequently serve as facilitator during business team meetings, and I am skilled at maximizing group participation and creating a feeling of team ownership around business plans and strategies. I have used my experience in Human Resources and Manufacturing to develop meaningful and pertinent presentations, to educate and inform both employees and management. I am a strong advocate of the participative style of management, not management by committee, and enjoy excellent interpersonal relationships with others. Throughout my career, I have continuously maintained the highest possible performance ratings with a reputation as a people manager while being Quality and Results oriented. These are but a few of the key results I have achieved on behalf of my employers throughout my career. I have experienced excellent career progression and have advanced rapidly to positions of increasing responsibilities. Additionally, I am credited with having strong communications and leadership skills.
Thank you for your consideration, and look forward to your reply. Sincerely,
Richard A. Streno
