BBVA Next Technologies (2018 - Present) [4 years 2 months] I am responsible for the Enterprise Agile Portfolio Management of the Company working with more than 100 people to achieve the objectives of evolution and adaptability in terms of technology and organizational culture. I am part of the organization's Executive Team, in charge of the transition model and operations toward a Liquid Organization.

I helped companies in their processes of cultural transformation through consulting, coaching, and advice to teams and business units that transition to Agile methodological frameworks. Specifically, I have worked in support of NTT internal transformation processes, in a methodology definition for adapting agile methods in Bankia, and in a Cultural Transformation Project in Banco Santander España, Repsol, Orange, and Allianz:

preparation of the transformation projects.

• Support during the inception phase (Sprint 0):

Definition of roles, project objectives, metrics,
