● Operates equipment and facilities in accordance with instruction from the supervisor, takes immediate action in case of any abnormal function, disturbance or alarm by adjusting process parameters in accordance with sops and report the abnormalities from time to time.

● Go through log book for previous data, remarks etc. and maintain it .As well logs operating incidents occurring during shift for records and for counterpart on the next shift, and discuss incidents with supervisor.

● Maintaining highest level of safety for personnel, equipment and installation..

● Routine changeover of pumps, filters etc.

● Ensure process sampling for quality control follow up and operational adjustments. Monitor online sampling analysis.

● Gas Recovery Unit & refrigeration Units.

● Monitoring all parameters and taking corrective action.

● Preparing daily report, production report, weekly report, monthly report and annual report.
