Additional Information

To whom it may concern,

Shae Baddour has and continues to be a friend and professional acquaintance of mine for the past 10 years. During that time my association with Shae has been primarily on a professional basis. Being the President of Haverhill Country Club Shae reported directly to me for 2 years and indirectly for 6 years as a member of the Board of Governors. For 7 consecutive years as General Manager he managed a positive income for the club under recessionary economic conditions and a declining membership. Shae took the necessary steps each year to be creative and make budget adjustments in all departments to achieve the club’s goals. His interaction with staff and club members in difficult times was smooth and reassuring. I considered his performance during that period to be nothing short of exemplary.

The best way to describe Shae’s method of operation is to describe his many attributes and his application of them to managing problems or issues. To begin with Shae’s management style and demeanor is one of subtlety and keen listening skills. He never loses his composure and always conducts himself professionally. Communicating, follow through and long hours are some of the strong attributes he’s demonstrated as a means to providing leadership, building a team and earning respect from the members. Shae emulates all the inward and outward qualities of a general manager or president i.e.; he is articulate, intelligent and always has a pristine appearance. While working close with him through the years it is very apparent Shae’s honesty, loyalty and integrity are above reproach, both professionally and personally. It is a privilege and honor to know Shae in both capacities. Please consider this as a letter of recommendation and a testament to his character. A. L. DiVincenzo

To Whom It May Concern

This letter is being written on behalf of Shae Baddour, a person that I have known and worked with at the Haverhill Country Club (HCC) for the past 10 years. I am a current member, former President of HCC, two time Board of Governors member, and have over 40 years of membership experience at the club. My work with Shae is very recent and I would like to share with you this recommendation for his services, based on my first hand knowledge.

Shae is a very hands on, involved manager. His operations knowledge is second to none. He can run an organization with multiple goals and meet and exceed those objectives. His experience at HCC, managing golf, greens, outings and dining operations, was outstanding. He met fiscal, customer service, and operational goals consistently and with zero damage control. His calm and business- like approach to all his work is a tribute to his finely tuned operational skills. His people skills are much appreciated by those that work for him, and by those that he works for. He has no problem handling troubled employees and is comfortable leading both small and large organizations. HCC is a better place because of Shae and his efforts, and he will be sorely missed. I would be happy to share additional thoughts and/or answer any questions. You can best reach me by telephone at 978-***-****. Thank you.

Sincerely,

John W. Ostrowski, Jr.

To whom it may concern:

I joined Haverhill Country Club 6 years ago and have known Shae Baddour as our General Manager responsible for all aspects of club management during that period. In addition as a member of the House Committee we worked together closely on issues involving food, beverage, functions and facilities.

Shae is a dedicated, hardworking individual with a very solid financial acumen. His commitment to our membership and improving the overall experience at Haverhill Country Club was outstanding. Shae was very skilled at dealing with a diverse membership, listening to their concerns and then putting appropriate changes or policies in place to enhance our service. As a member of the House Committee, on which Shae was a key participant, he was always prepared for our meetings, brought creative solutions to the floor and his follow up was excellent. I also had the opportunity to observe Shae interact with staff. He developed a very loyal, dedicated team and was fair and decisive while providing clear, concise direction.

I can fully recommend Shae Baddour as an outstanding candidate for any role that would require a manager with superior interpersonal skills, proven ability to navigate difficult member/customer interactions and insightful financial analysis.

Sincerely,

Ernie Fredericks

To Whom It May Concern

I am pleased to write this reference for Shae Baddour. I have known Shae for his entire (2004-2013) management employment at HCC. I have been a golf member of HCC since 1992. As a Board of Governors member during some of the years 2004-2013, I have had the opportunity to observe Shae’s skills in various scenarios.

A strong skill of Shae’s is his ability to listen and communicate. He is approachable and is assiduous in his pursuit to provide

a positive environment. I say this with the memory of observing Shae walking through the club when multiple members would approach him with concerns, complaints and requests. Regardless of the content, Shae’s affect was calm and attentive, enhancing member satisfaction. Shae’s organizational and multitasking skills were demonstrated when he was required to manage an event, a wedding as well as members in the dining room all at the same time. When necessary, he would willingly step into the roles (server, etc) necessary to achieve overall satisfaction. A major goal of HCC is to obtain and retain members. Shae’s ability to be creative as well as remain consistent with club standards maximized member retention. Please feel free to contact me if further information is needed. Sincerely,

Joan Widder Lewis
