This job that i currently am employed at i do many things on a daily basis, i can one minute be an "apartment manager" and having to be scheduling times for people to come and see the unit, and another minute flip the script and get in there and be the maintenance man. I make sure that i take care of each and every responsibility like my boss was on site. my boss whom is the owner of these 3 complex, 18 unit apartment homes has her home base in the state of washington. I video chat, voice phone calls and text with her almost 24/7 to ensure a successful operation.

Then I am assigned by my supervisors what trailer(s) I am to use said fork lift and move pallets carefully and effectively to the correct zoning. On the cross dock we have 40 different trailers that can be loaded at any given time. Once I have a pallet I scan my pallet to the trailer or to the holding bay if the trailer is not available.
