Preparing and Reviewing Pre-Contract Services for Subcontract Documents / Evaluation / Technical cum Commercial Selection
Preparing and Reviewing Post-Contract Services for Monthly Payments Certificate / Variation Analysis and Variation Approval cum Recommendation
Reviewing Design and Construction Budget submitted by PMC and recommend changes
Review & Validate budget availability in EI's, CIP's & AIVO's for time to time
Analysis Actual spending vs. budgeted spending in Monthly basis
Assess implications of Variation Order on Design and Construction budget for time to time
Prepare and issue High level of Cost report to the Management on weekly basis
Assist to perform financial reviews and reconciliation of Budget Transfer Request
Conduct the Audit for the Un-Approved CN's with Cost Consultancy to Validate the Scope Entitlement, Analysis for Star Rates and Overall Conditions of Contract Process
Preparing and Reviewing NCCA reporting, Monthly Accruals, Annual Typology Report and Additional Budget Request
Coordinate with project teams to track actual and planned cash-flows on monthly basis
Coordinate with Finance team on monthly Payment for Contractor and Consultants Package
Coordinate with Finance team on monthly accruals reporting for each ongoing Package
Assist in Preparing Yearly CAPEX & OPEX Budget and follow up actual’s vs planned Prime Responsibilities while working with Contractor:
Preparing Monthly Management reports and Monthly Cost reports for Ongoing Projects
Preparing and maintaining Project Change Control System to record all agreed changes to Budgets
Reporting all expenditures, Committed Cost during execution of projects
Analyse value of work done, expenditures including Variances and projection of future trends
Preparing and Reviewing the Cash Flow Charts, Cost Performance Index and Earned Value Curves
Perform Cost Sensibility Exercises and Major Material Reconciliation reports such as Reinforcements, Concrete when required.
